Jacob Michaux (Jody's 7th Great Grand Father) - Some records show name spelled Michau. Virginia Hist Mag says this Jacob to be the 10th child of Abraham and Marie Godin. After the revocation of Edict of Nantes, Jacob left with his family and fled to Holland. They settled in Amsterdam where their 6th child was baptized March 3, 1689
