General Notes:
Janice (Skinner) Orth remembers that William died before his wife Lottie. Then she want to Oregon to live. She may have been married more than once but Janice did not know for sure. They lived in Green Lake area of Seattle and he worked at Seattle Gas Co. as it was called then. Janice's father also worked at Seattle Gas Co. Then, William and Lottie ran a store called Bailey's Corner in Clinton, Washington. Janice thinks they had no kids.
