Jane (Jody's 2nd Great Grandmother) was born on 1/12/1804 and died on the 17th of July 1862 and her husband only survived her till the following February, 20th day. Seven of their sons entered the Confederate Army during the Civil War and so anxiety was added to their parents infirmities and doubtless worked with them in hastening them to their end. She suffered for years with Rheumatism but died of Dysentery re Diabetes1 1
