Katherine Rusling WHITAKER

Katherine Rusling Whitaker; the younger of two children of Nelson Price Whitaker and Stella McAlpin Rusling, Katherine was born in 1908 and possibly named for her aunt, Katherine Eliza Whitaker (b. 1872 and d. 1880). On February 4, 1928, Katherine married Elisha Dyer, Sr. a Rhode Island native and member of a very politically active family. Elisha was born 9-15-1904 and died 5-8-1992 in Locust Valley in Nassau County, NY. Katherine died there in 1996. Elisha and Katherine had two children.
