After the death of Frank's brother, William, Frank married William's widow, Elizabeth. In 1881 they were living in Hart Lane, Winterton (FHL mf 1341783). Frank's occupation was given as builder and draper. Several of Elizabeth's children were not listed in the 1881 census, including Ruth, daughter of William. However, we know that Ruth grew up, married and lived until 1947. Children not listed with the family in 1881: Blanche, William, Ida, Joseph and G. (George?). There was daughter Kath. J.E. Harrison listed with the family in the 1881 census; I have no further record of this person.
