Dear List,
Is there anyone out there who has researched the LANGTON family of north
Lincolnshire in the early 1700s?
I know ROBERT LANGTON and Susannah were having children in Bottesford and
Whitton between 1704 and 1711.
I know a Susannah Langton was buried November 1711.
I am not sure whether this Susannah was the wife or a daughter baptised in
1708 at Whitton.
I know ROBERT LANGTON and Ann then had children at Whitton between 1714 and
1727.
I can find no marriage details in any of the Lincolnshire Deaneries
1700-1753, whether for Susannah or Ann - and nothing so far in another
county.
Perhaps the name has been transcribed so badly I am missing something.
Any help appreciated if you are "in the know".
